    If the mobile home is in good condition, call your local modular home dealer and see what they will give you on a trade in.. my local dealer let me trade mine in, came and got it and since I bought from them, they installed and set up my new modular home for free!!! Don’t tear down the trailer, trade it in or sell it cheap and make the buyer pay to move it. Then, you can buy what you want for that piece of land.

    If this is something you can’t resale you can:
    1. burn it down or chainsaw it up and take it to the dump in small sections
    2. put it in the paper as”free for taking” some people want them for storage,animal shelters, the frame from them can be made into a tow trailer
    3. fix it up and rent it out
