What is the best way to find first time home buyers in my area? I’m in real estate sales?

I want to exclusively work with and help first time home buyers with many questions, but don’t want to downsize my business doing so. Where is the best area to find these people, what marketing should I use? How do you feel about leaving fliers on cars, door hangers on apt. doors, etc?

    I would place an ad in the newspaper and ask them to place it near the rental section, UPSIDE DOWN, to draw attention to it. Many people who want to buy are renters who are always looking for a better deal. If you offer to help them through the process of the unknown, they will call.

    Try bridal events. Newly wed couples are often first time home buyers.
