I would like to work from home doing like customer service/sales, data entry. Anything where I can work from home and set my own hours. I’ve been searching online but most of the stuff that I’ve seen for working from home there are fees involved and someone told me once that if there are fees involved don’t sign up. Does anyone know of any companies that hire people to work from home?

What background do you need to work in commercial real estate?

I want to work in commercial real estate. I am working in Hotel Management at the moment, but think commercial real estate is interesting. Im young enough where a career change is not out of the question. What types of things do employers look for? Is there a high demand for people in commercial real estate?

I have over 15 years of experience in marketing. One industry that I was never involved with was real estate. I want to get started and learn and eventually become a real estate sales person. Are there options where I have to do it on my own or should I sign up to join a real estate group? Where and how do I start?

I am wanting to know how to jump head first into the real estate market and get my feet wet while still making money. I do not have any experience what so ever, just a real urge to get into this market! I want to take classes but, I really don’t know what I need to take 1st and I want to start on my associates degree as a at-home work study but, I’m not sure what employers are looking for as far as education in the real estate world other than Business Admin. I hope there are some real estate guru’s on here to help a sista out! Thank you in advance!

Where can I find a Real Estate Sales mentor, coach or just a seasoned agent willing to give support & advice?

I’ve been in the business for one year. I am a voracious learner. My background as a reference librarian and professional trainer gives me a very generous, empowering spirit I have yet to find in another agent in this business. It’s a very selfish place to be and I’m not used to it. My skin in thickening but my desire to learn and grow still persists and the best way for me to do this is by having someone to talk to about things, knowledgably. I’ve thought about running a “Help Wanted” ad, but want to know your ideas, too first. Thanks!

The real estate market is starting to take a dive. What would be a good profession for myself to go into?

No Rules, Evan asked:
I have been in the real estate market for about 7 years. I started as a Loan Coordinator, then credit officer/assoc. underwriter, call center manager, Product manager. The market is slowly disappearing, I’m unemployed now. I think I should try another field, maybe Financial planning. I don’t know if this market is already saturated, with other fellow real estate professionals. The market is only going to get worse, what should I do?
