Just saw where Home Depot is haveing a 50% off sale to try and get some customers. Since HD dumped Chevy for Toyota in Nascar, they have lost a lot of their customers and their best driver. Do you think they are sorry they went with Toyota now?

We have several dozen improvements we want to make to our home before putting it up for sale. I am trying to prioritize and budget our time and money to get them done.
We are not handy people and have no idea what we are doing but we don’t have much money either so we are doing as much as we can ourselves.

I’ve been in the business for one year. I am a voracious learner. My background as a reference librarian and professional trainer gives me a very generous, empowering spirit I have yet to find in another agent in this business. It’s a very selfish place to be and I’m not used to it. My skin in thickening but my desire to learn and grow still persists and the best way for me to do this is by having someone to talk to about things, knowledgably. I’ve thought about running a “Help Wanted” ad, but want to know your ideas, too first. Thanks!

I have been in the real estate market for about 7 years. I started as a Loan Coordinator, then credit officer/assoc. underwriter, call center manager, Product manager. The market is slowly disappearing, I’m unemployed now. I think I should try another field, maybe Financial planning. I don’t know if this market is already saturated, with other fellow real estate professionals. The market is only going to get worse, what should I do?

My wife and I found a small and cheap home for sale that we are interested in buying. How do we buy it? We are first time home buyers and not sure other than a down payment. How much money do you need for closing costs?
